FRIDAY

Newcomer Lounge and Q&A

Friday 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

If this is your first Harvest, the Newcomer Lounge and Q&A is where you wanna be. It’s a low-key space, with one of our long-time participants hanging out to answer your questions, put you at ease, and introduce you to folks as they arrive. If you’ve signed up for a Harvest buddy, this is a great time and place to meet up with them in person before the event really gets going.

Opening Words and Cabaret!*

Friday 8:30 – 10:00 p.m.
(followed by the weekend’s first play party, 10 p.m. – 3 a.m.)
Kick off An Unholy Harvest’s eighth year by joining us for the Heaven and Hell Cabaret. The acts will have you on cloud nine! Or maybe the ninth circle of hell… after all, Dante said the worst punishments happen there, right? Mmmm. Punishments. What were we saying? Oh yes! You’ll have plenty of opportunities to get to know your fellow Harvest participants, win kinky door prizes for your most heavenly and hellacious outfits, and various other deviant delights.

SATURDAY

Fresh Meet*

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Note the time change – earlier than in past years!

Fresh Meet is our traditional Saturday morning circle jerk. Uh, that is, meet and greet! Right. Come meet fellow Harvesters and mingle over coffee, tea and (gluten-free) baked goods. Then, join in for a round of speed-greeting… or maybe speed-flirting! It’s a great way to get to know all the sexy perverts you saw the night before but were too shy to talk to. Come join in the fun!

Kinky Swap, aka Dump and Snatch

Saturday 12:45 – 1:45 p.m.

A swap sounds so… egalitarian. Give something in exchange for getting something. Right? WRONG. At the Unholy Harvest Kinky Dump and Snatch, we take the D and the S seriously: imbalance can be HAWT! Come dump your old stuff and walk away! Or, come snatch as much “new” stuff as you can carry. Or if you’re feeling switchy, okaaaay, you can do both!

Dumpers: Go through your closets, toybags and bookshelves to dig out all the stuff you’re not really using anymore. Haul it to Harvest and heave it into the swap pile. Remember—this isn’t just about leather and latex. Just about any clothing can be kinky! And we definitely want your old porn, erotica books and (clean) toys.

Snatchers: Get your hands on other people’s cool castaways! Seriously, folks… Just imagine the amount of awesome gear that will find its way out of 100+ people’s closets and into the pile for you to pick from!

At Harvest, our attendees run the gamut of gender expressions, body types, styles and sizes. If you’re on the masculine spectrum: YES, there will be stuff for you too.

Take as much as you want. The ideal outcome is a room of empty tables! All leftover items will be donated to a local women’s shelter.

Caucuses

Saturday 6 – 7:30 p.m.

Caucus 1: Kinky Health and Social Service Practitioner’s Caucus

Facilitated by Susan

Are you a person who falls into the following categories? Mental Health Professional, Medical Professional, Paramedical Provider (ie: RAc, RMT, DC, DNP, etc.), Social Worker, Social Service Worker, Outreach or a student of any of these things? Do you sometimes find yourself providing service to kinky folks? Do you stress over boundaries, ethics and whether you should really go to that munch next week?

This is the caucus for you! While there is no way we will find the solutions to these sticky questions, we will all benefit from having a supportive think about our choices as we navigate this very grey area between our belonging and our service to the communities who may need us most.

Since the majority of the participants are likely folks who are governed in one way or another by PHIPA (Personal Health Information Privacy Act), confidentiality around the discussion is expected and demanded. This is not going to be a skill share or a peer consultation for specific client issues, rather we are going to focus on the bigger issues of how we navigate our boundaries and regulatory environments, acknowledging that non-identifying and very general client information may be relevant to some of the discussion. If you are not sure if you fall in any of the above categories, please check with Susan before attending. People with a general interest in the topic are awesome people, but this session is limited to the enumerated categories.

Caucus 2: open!

SUNDAY

Kink and Identity Panel: Mommy Knows Best*

Sunday 12:45 – 1:45 p.m.

“Who’s your Mommy?” You don’t hear that one too often, eh? Our community is full of Daddies, but Mommies are often a bit harder to find. Still, some of us identify with the powerful archetype of the mother. That comes out in a wide range of ways: age play, D/s or M/s relationship style, our role in our Leather families and more. Come meet some of the Mommies, Mothers and Mamas in our midst. Find out what draws them to a Mommy role, what Mommying means to them, and what they really want for Mother’s Day.

Caucuses

Sunday 6 – 7:30 p.m.

Caucus 3: Caucus for Trans Women and Transfeminine Individuals

Facilitated by Cassidy

This caucus is a gathering for trans women and transfeminine* non-binary folk. It’s intended as a dedicated space for us to gather among ourselves to get to know one another, discuss both our shared realities in the leather/kink and queer worlds and our differences from each other, and find support among peers.

*Transfeminine refers to anyone facing systemic transmisogyny.

Caucus 4: open!

Bilingual Erotica Open Mic*

Sunday 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Perhaps not surprisingly, Harvesters are really good at writing porn. The Bilingual Erotica Open Mic is your chance to hear our very own writers – new voices and veterans alike – share their work in their own voices. This includes YOU, of course! Come share your dirty stories in the language of your choice. Stories inspired by our Heaven and Hell theme are encouraged, but any smutty story line will do. (Don’t have a story ready to go? Maybe the erotic writing workshop on Saturday will help get your juices flowing! Erm, so to speak.)

Closing Ceremonies*

Sunday 9:30-10 p.m.

(followed by the weekend’s last play party, 10 p.m. – 3 a.m.)
Our closing ceremonies aim to bring the Harvest community together at the conclusion of the weekend, and leave you feeling connected and energized for a final night of debauchery. Nothing too scary or woo-woo, we promise… but you don’t want to miss this last chance to reconnect with the whole Harvest crowd, celebrate the amazing energy of the weekend, and wish each other well before the last play party gets underway. Your presence is deeply desired, politely requested or sternly required, whichever floats your boat!

MONDAY

Kinky Klean-up and Bye-Bye Brunch

Monday 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

You’ve made some awesome connections over the weekend, and you just can’t bear to say goodbye quite yet… plus, you’re up for lending a hand to bring the event space back to its pristine pre-Harvest state. What to do? Join us at our venue to be part of the community clean-up crew! Many hands make light work, and when the job is done, we’ll all head to a nearby accessible and kink-friendly brunch restaurant that’s expecting a herd of leatherdykes to descend for a satisfying meal to cap off a more than satisfying weekend. (Brunch is at your own cost.)
